Upon prior request linen packages can also be rented for € 15 per person (1 x bed linen,Tea towels, towels x 2)

Pets are also not allowed.

A Refundable deposit of €150 (should no damage occur) must be paid upon booking, full payment must be received within 6 weeks prior to your holiday rental start date
Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
Deposit will be reimbursed (should no damage occur) within one month of your rental termination date.

The consumption charges for water and electricity are included in the rent unless the consumption is exceptional high.

Cleaning on departure is done at a cost of €50 (this is not optional)

The key can be picked up after mutual agreement.

The airports of Alicante and Valencia are one hour away.
These airports are also offered by the low budget airlines such as Ryanair en Veuling
Pick up and return to the airport is possible.
